We learn of the elderly

One weeks ago I was speaking with a very special friend, she is like my second mother, sister and friend, she is 80 years old, polish, educated and of religious thoughts. Miss Marccia Albert asked to me how did I feel and that I do Saturday and Sunday in my free time.
I told her that she was lonely in the house, cooking and cleaning, but I felt a little sad because one day like those was with my sisters helping to my mother and waiting that my father, brothers, brother in law, sisters in law, nephews and nieces arrive to lunch with us, as well as on Sundays We went to church and when got home made a family reunion, talked political, economic, cultural, literary themes and of important characters. Then sometimes i would had to go to the hotels working, but i felt good, because i'd know that on Sunday in the afternoon came back to my home. while on Sunday I have to go to church lonely and when i got home or go to a restaurant I have to do lonely.
She answered me so gentle, "Never say you're alone, when you feel so, call someone like friends and family, try to think positive things, see a movie that makes laughing you, or what you like to do, as reading a good book, stand before the mirror and laughing until you get it natural. Everyone at some moment in our lives we feel lonely, of course we are human, do an activity that may distract you, but above all never forget to god, God never leaves you, personally I'd like to meet all these people who feel lonely, but I can not, I'd like to share all what I have lived and encourage a bit like I encourage you".
So every Saturday and Sunday I get up to much encourage to jog, i take a shower, call to the seniors center, my parents, family, friends, clean, cook, organize my things, read a good book and go to church, sometimes to a restaurant, see a good movie in house, but I also think that God is with me, and I'm not alone.
